• The iComic Press is registered under Data Protection act in the UK.
• We do keep your details in a computer database.
• We will not release or sell this information to any third party unless required to do so by law.
• Information we keep:
• Username/password
• Publically viewable profile information (not compulsary)
• Account information: Transaction time/value/type/balance
• Comics information: Ratings, sales, downloads etc.
• SMS-billing: phone numbers sending txts.
• Preference settings
• IP addresses posting content to the messageboards.
• Information we don't keep:
• Credit card numbers
• Cookies
• Cookie information is stored on your computer. This is just a session code and contains none of your personal information.

We will attempt to keep the data secure, and other than the information available on the website nobody except employees of the iComic Press will have access to the information.

You can view the information we hold on you at any time using the website, and correct errors for yourself.
